I read a pithy statement on leadership a few weeks ago, something to the effect of failure to motivate or move a team to action is the fault of the leader, not the team. Not to worry leaders, there are plenty of pithy statements of pseudo-wisdom of faulting followers as well.
It doesn’t matter who’s at fault – when you’re not working on the solution, when you’re whining behind everyone’s back and finger-pointing, you are the problem, period, whether it’s daw’ah, marriage, or your job.
