If you haven’t heard much from me the past few weeks, its because I’ve been hard at work preparing a detailed fitness training regimen for beginners, complete with instructions, videos (of me!), and training logs, as well as working on putting together the technology to support it all on this site to make it more, uh, social. Anyway, the tech part is still being worked on, but I still want to launch the fitness portion of it, so here it is.
